Clear
thing
Strict geometries, sharp-edged cubatures in classic proportions:
Reminiscent of modernist architecture ...
Anyone entering the building will be amazed by the organic lines and strong colors. Executed in painted steel and exposed concrete, which meet in the interior of the block.
The commercial space on the first floor houses a bicycle store, office space and a restaurant.
rich in
contrast
Clear geometric shapes and strong materials meet sculpturally curved staircases and create space for exciting contrasts.
Alternating closed and open balcony balustrades create a varied picture in the otherwise clearly structured façade.
The ceilings of the interior stairwell illuminate in yellow.
