Design Competition ‘Living in the Town Square of the Hanseviertel Lüneburg’ - 1st place | Apartment building with 15 apartment units. The building plot is seen as a part of the square. Landscape architecture and civic centre become unified with a high level of communication and identification. Innovative floor plans and an intended DGNB-certification testify to the demand for high quality of living and sustainability. Completion in 2017.
